Payment issues and restrictions

To determine why your payment was declined, please note the following and, if necessary, contact your bank for more information:

Have you exceeded your credit limit?
Have you correctly entered your credit card number, credit card expiration date?
Is your purchase outside the normal spending range? Some banks will block transactions due to security concerns.
Does your issuing bank have special policies related to electronic or Internet purchases?

Card payment method verification

To verify card payment:

1. Follow the instructions on your bank’s website.
2. One way your bank will ask you for verification is with a unique security code. Check your phone or email inbox for the code. Enter the code when prompted.
3. Your bank may also ask you to verify the purchase using fingerprint or facial recognition technology, if you already have these options.

Once this is done, you will be redirected back to Diagnosis Dermatologica and you will receive confirmation that your order has been placed successfully. Verification may be required when you use a credit or debit card to complete an order.

Terms and Conditions:

When you purchase the service, we will charge you the price shown on the website from the moment you place your order until the end of the purchase.
All prices include VAT.

Return policy:

If you cancel your reservation at least 2 days before your appointment, you will receive a full refund through the same payment method.
If you cancel your reservation one day in advance, 50% will be refunded
If canceled on the same day of the visit, the amount will not be refunded.
